Information on data protection

GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) is a EU regulation, starting from 25th May 2018. The directive obligates all companies and enterprises to ask permissions for personal data saving, storing and processing. For Jussi Rekiaro Photography, data safety, privacy and legality are key values, so we want to make this right! Thus all my new customers need to first use contact form where there is a check box to confirm the approval for these processes.

Data is being kept private and confidential. The data protection and GDPR legality is being secured by Visma Solutions Oy (Valtakatu 51, Lappeenranta, Finland. VAT FI19675438. Auxiliary business names: Maventa, Verkkolaskut.fi, Netvisor, Severa, Valueframe).

13. Changing the register

Tmi Jussi Rekiaro may change the terms and conditions included in this file description article or add whole new registers, mostly because of new demands for changes in law. Tmi Jussi Rekiaro encourages the customers to read it through regularly.

14. The rights

Every customer has rights to cancel ordering (and stop receiving) electric marketing from Tmi Jussi Rekiaro by contacting via e-mail info@jussirekiaro.com or clicking a link in the end of an e-mail. Customer may ask to update his or her personal information by info@jussirekiaro.com. Customer can also ask to see what personal is being stored or to ask all of his or her personal data to be deleted, unless illegal.. This can be done by a written signed document sent to Tmi Jussi Rekiaro, Malminkatu 32 C 75, 00100 Helsinki. Tmi Jussi Rekiaro holds rights to charge a reasonable fee to cover the processing costs if the request is undue or repeated.
